Activity signals

Changes that warrant a closer look.

A yacht’s activity can change for many reasons. Seller Radar highlights departures from its usual pattern so your team can investigate with context.

01
Reduced cruising activity
Identify yachts recording less time underway than during comparable periods in previous years.
02
Extended stationary periods
Review yachts observed in one location for longer than their usual pattern.
03
Changed cruising patterns
See shifts in destinations, seasonal movements and recorded visits to service-yard areas.
Historical comparison

Same yacht. Different season.

A quiet month means more when you can see what came before it. Compare recent activity with the same period in the yacht’s history to understand the scale and timing of a change.

Review recorded days underway, ports visited and stationary periods alongside the tracking coverage available for each comparison.

Behind each flag

Understand what prompted the observation.

A Seller Radar flag identifies a change in activity. It does not establish an owner’s intention to sell.

FAQ

Questions about Seller Radar

How can Seller Radar help identify potential listing opportunities?

Seller Radar highlights changes in a yacht’s recorded activity that may warrant further research or a conversation. It helps your team focus attention alongside existing relationships and market knowledge.

Does a flag mean the owner wants to sell?

No. Reduced cruising or an extended stationary period can have several explanations. A flag gives you a reason to investigate; it does not confirm that a yacht is available or that its owner intends to sell.

How does Seller Radar complement our CRM?

Your CRM records client relationships and previous conversations. Seller Radar adds changes in a yacht’s observed activity, giving your team additional context for deciding when to reconnect or investigate an opportunity.

What is a yacht’s activity compared with?

Seller Radar compares activity with the yacht’s own recorded history over comparable periods, including the same months in previous years. The observation period and available tracking coverage help you assess how meaningful the difference is.

What happens when a yacht stops transmitting?

A gap in transmissions is identified as missing information. It does not, by itself, establish that the yacht remained stationary or was inactive. Review the available records and coverage before interpreting the change.
