The two newest fleets on the observed league recorded the lowest share of days moving over the fortnight, while the Mediterranean front-runners ran at more than double their rate.

What changed

Across the sixteen-house observed league, the share of days moving over a rolling fortnight separated the Mediterranean leaders from the two most recently added Atlantic fleets by more than a factor of two. One fortnight reflects weather and rotation as much as demand; the league publishes weekly so a season-long pattern can be read rather than assumed.

Why it matters commercially

Recorded movement does not establish paid charter activity, bookings or revenue. It gives a charter business a same-method view of how its fleet’s activity compares before the booking data arrives.
